Design

The overall design elements for this style is clean, timeless, and natural. The main characteristic of this design balances crisp clean lines against raw and earthy textured materials. This creates depth and dimension in a neutral modern living space.

Textures & Materials

This style is minimal with clean lines and intentional use of natural textures. Materials such as wood, rattan, stone, and linen creates a natural feel. Embracing the imperfections that come with natural materials is important. You can contrast the natural materials with contemporary metals such as aged brass or black iron. When choosing textiles for your space, we recommend 100% cotton, wool, mohair, cashmere and linen. Layering these materials will add visual interest.

Color Palette

Our style leads with white or slightly off white walls for a neutral base. Incorporating bolder colors can be done while selecting textiles and decor. Incorporating colors that are naturally found in nature is a great guide when selecting what to bring in your home.

decor

We like to mix new and vintage items to add warmth, depth and character. A very important aspect of this style is to incorporate natural elements such as greenery. We recommend using real plants and foliage when possible.

European modern organic design is fairly easy to transition to. By highlighting natural wood, organic textiles, vintage pieces and greenery.
